Davis Velarde-Camaqui

Davis Velarde-Camaqui is a psychologist with a PhD in Educational Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Recognized as a Level III RENACYT researcher in Peru, he works in Educational Technology and leads projects that use emerging technologies and innovative methods to improve education.

He oversees the international implementation of the European MakerWomenSTEM project, advancing STEM education and empowerment for women in Latin America through maker methodologies and digital technologies.

He created EDUAR.net, a patented platform that expands educational accessibility and teacher development through Augmented Reality. His work promoting Open Educational Resources, including CallForScience.org, received an OE Global Award for open research.
